1. Delivery Locations

We deliver to most areas within Kenya, including but not limited to:

✅ Other towns and cities countrywide


2. Delivery Timeframes

Nairobi & Kiambu Areas 1 – 2 business days
Major Towns 2 – 3 business days
Remote Locations 3 – 5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and courier schedules. We’ll communicate any unexpected delays in advance.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Delivery: Available in select areas (e.g., Nairobi, Ruaka, Kiambu) for orders above KES 3,000.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: Applies to some remote areas or orders below KES 3,000. Fees are calculated during checkout.

  • Same-Day Delivery: May be available within Nairobi at an additional cost. Please contact us directly for arrangements.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

6. Pickup Option

You may choose to collect your order from our store locations at any of our QuickMart outlets:

  • QuickMart Kiambu Road

  • QuickMart Ruaka

  • QuickMart Kiserian

  • QuickMart Mlolongo

  • QuickMart Northern Bypass


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or goes missing, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours so we can assist immediately.

8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or out of stock, the estimated delivery timeline will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated after checkout.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Kenya. For international orders, kindly contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
